Thank you for your interest in submitting an EMBARQ™ Business Customer Referral. We are pleased that you are happy with your service and want to refer a business customer who will enjoy the same benefits.

Prior to referring EMBARQ™ DSL (High-Speed Internet), check availability by simply clicking on Availability & Pricing. Please enter the area code and phone number of the business you wish to refer and hit enter. If your referral is capable of receiving EMBARQ DSL (High-Speed Internet) at their business location, a message will indicate this. If they are eligible, you can submit a referral for EMBARQ DSL (High-Speed Internet).

Please check the product box(s) indicating the service the referred business may be interested in and complete all of the form information below. If the business you refer signs-up for the selected product within 60 days of your referral, you will be notified and a $25 credit will be issued to your account. To receive this credit, the business you refer must sign-up and have an active account. Should your business referral sign up for multiple services, you are eligible for a $25 credit per service.

Terms & Conditions

  • Nevada business customers are eligible to submit referrals only for EMBARQ DSL (High-speed Internet) and EMBARQ Wireless services.
  • Only existing EMBARQ business customers with good credit standing are eligible to submit a customer referral and receive a $25 credit.
  • *Referred customer must sign up and activate eligible service 60 days from the submitted referral for DSL service, Wireless (MVNO) service or the eligible bundled service offers which include the following: Economy Business Bundle, Economy II Business Bundle, Rollover Classic Business Bundle, Connected Business Bundle, Complete Business Bundle or Connection Central Bundle.
  • Referral credit will be applied to invoice approximately 60 days after eligible referral's service has been activated and will be void if existing customer cancels service before the referral's service is activated.
  • Existing eligible customers may submit multiple customer referrals.
  • Existing eligible customers may receive one $25 referral credit per invoice period. Example: For two referral activations, a $25 referral credit will be placed on one invoice and the other $25 referral credit will be on the next invoice.
  • Only referrals made at www.EMBARQ.com/referral are eligible. No written or verbal referrals accepted.
  • First referring customer (per on-line entry date) to submit the name of a referred customer will be eligible to receive credit.
  • After 60 days, the submitted referral is no longer valid.
  • Accumulated customer referral credits are not redeemable for and have no cash value.
  • EMBARQ may change terms or cancel customer referral program at any time without notice. Additional restrictions may apply.
